The nodes within a Kubernetes cluster display IP addresses instead of the hostname in the NAME column.

The usage of IP addresses instead of hostnames is hardcoded in the product as of today. We chose to go with IP addresses to reduce the likelihood of issues with DNS (outages, incorrect config, etc.) and possible duplicate hostnames.
